What Is Our Intensive Outpatient Program?

The IOP is designed for individuals ready for meaningful recovery without full-time residential care. Clients attend sessions three times a week, focusing on group therapy, individual guidance, psychoeducation, life skills, and 12-step integration.

This program offers the flexibility to apply new skills in real-world settings while providing the intensity needed for progress. It’s ideal for those stepping down from higher levels of care or needing robust outpatient structure.
