Empower Recovery offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs, along with Transitional Living, Alumni support, and Relapse Prevention to support every stage of the recovery journey.

How long is the typical stay?

Length of stay depends on your individual needs and treatment plan. Our clinical team works with each client to determine the appropriate level of care and timeline, with most stays ranging from several weeks to a few months.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Empower Recovery works with most major insurance providers, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, First Health, Kaiser Permanente of Southern California, MHN, TriCare West, and Quantum Health, as well as private pay options.

What can I bring with me to treatment?

We’ll provide a detailed packing list once your admission is confirmed. In general, clients should bring comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, any current prescription medications, and identification. Our admissions team is happy to answer specific questions ahead of your arrival.

Is family involved in the recovery process?

Yes. Family support is a core part of treatment at Empower Recovery. We offer family therapy and education to help loved ones understand addiction, rebuild trust, and support long-term recovery together.

What Is Our Partial Hospitalization Program?

Our PHP is the highest level of care we offer, designed for individuals who need significant clinical support without 24-hour residential placement. Clients attend treatment most days of the week, engaging in intensive group therapy, individual sessions, psychoeducation, and 12-step work.

This level of care gives clients the space to fully focus on their recovery, surrounded by a clinical team dedicated to helping them rebuild a stable, sober foundation before stepping down to a less intensive level of care.
